Maple Leaf Motel

Peaceful, clean and definitely the perfect spot to stay a home away from home. I was officially going to stay in the The Beal House inn down the street and had to leave due bugs there at 10 pm. The check in guy here was so quick to book us for the two nights and gave us the same price we would've purchased through an online discounted website. The pool is heated and the room was spotless clean. This place is close to everything downtown. The rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave and TV and super hot water for showers. They indeed have Maintance 24/7 . Book with them.

I've stayed here at the maple leaf motel quite often, it's right outside of Littletons main strip where all the stores are. I've been a housekeeper before and had done it for several years, I don't tend to be to picky but I am very impressed, the rooms are very clean and well kept. I've also seen in some of the rooms and noticed kitchenettes.I also see Andy, who runs maple leaf motel and he's constantly working on the place, he's a very accommodating gentleman. Not to forget the prices aren't outrageous. During the week a single bed room runs about $80 dollars plus tax, the weekends are only about $90 plus tax. Littleton is a tourist town, so other places are a bit pricey. I highly recommend if you're ever in the town of Littleton and are looking for a comfortable place to stay!

Nice place, room was spacious, had a TV with all channels, 2 beds, Fridge and Microwave. Aside from that they have a pool and a little playground for the kids. Very safe place to be, the PD is a block down so no "Shady Business" like you see in other motels going on here. Aside from that, and most importantly - the people who run the place are just really great people. Incredibly kind, easy to talk to, do not bother, but always make sure you have everything you need and provide the best experience that they can, and that's what makes this place great! (I believe it is owned by people who do not manage the property, but could be wrong, I am referring to the husband and wife who run the office and are here daily). Highly recommended, been here for an extended period of time and am here for Xmas 2020 (Today) and was brought dinner by them, as were all the other guests - for no reason other than to be kind to those who cannot be with family right now - hard to find people like that anymore in my experience and the ones who are still around should be acknowledged.....

Cute room, friendly staff and close to downtown! Amazing water pressure and a wicked comfy bed were just what we needed after a long day!

Have stayed here several times while apartment hunting. The manager is always there and willing to handle any requests we have. Our room is always clean and the grounds are kept up. Has a nice covered Pavillion for cookouts along with a grill and an outdoor pool. It is quiet, very comfortable and the service is excellent. I would highly recommend this place. Oh and they have renovated the rooms with nice upgrades too.

Maple Leaf Motel is a hidden gem! The rooms are newly renovated and spotlessly clean, providing a cozy atmosphere. The poolside is simply stunning, offering a relaxing escape. The manager's friendly and helpful nature made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This was a last-minute gem of a find in the middle of summer break Short ride to Lincoln Franconia or Mount Washington views when driving around are spectacular. definitely take a Drive up and down some back roads and enjoy the scenery. Even the hospitality was welcoming and rooms were clean. The only negative was the screen door to the unit was a little wonky. lol

My experience here was very good. The check in process was smooth. I paid $119 for one night with no prior reservation. The room was a little banged up, but I really didn't care for that price. The bed had clean linens. The wifi worked well. The shower pressure and temp was good. I'd stay there again.
